Before Activision officially confirmed Warzone Mobile, leaks pointed towards the game could launch at some point in 2022. In December 2021, notable leaker Tom Henderson revealed that the game is "scoped for 2022."

It's unsure whether the release window has changed but as soon as we hear more information, we will update the article.

Activision's Solid State Studios, Digital Legends, Beenox, Activision Shanghai, and Demonware are collaborating on Warzone Mobile. The publisher also announced it's looking for individuals to assist with the development.

Will Warzone Mobile Have Verdansk?

According to a leak from 'TheGhostOfHope,' Verdansk is returning in some capacity but it won't be the same map that appeared in the console and PC versions of the battle royale. The leaker says the map will feature a mixture of new and old points of interest (POI).
